Refunds and Exchanges
FYMP does not offer refunds or exchanges on Items. Exceptions on exchanges are made if we unintentionally shipped the wrong item, or size etc..
Shipping
All shipments are packed discreetly with no mention to the content in the package. We use delivery confirmation on most packages in the United States.
International orders
All international orders are done at the risk of the purchaser. We do all that we can on our end to see to it that your package is delivered, but cannot guarantee that customs will not confiscate your items. If you live in a country whereas certain items are deemed illegal then you understand the risk involved. Do not bitch to us that you didn’t get what you ordered. We will do our best to try and track down your package, but once it leaves this county, it is in the hands of YOUR customs and postal system. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your country.
Merchandise
All printed merchandise (t-shirts) is done so with permission of the respected band. All images are property of the respective band or FYMP.
